Kongsi — to share. Conserved since 1928 in the Second Transitional shophouse style.

House Rong
A conserved 1939 Art Deco shophouse with nature-inspired installations by artist Rong Choy.
11 Kim Yam Road, River Valley
Straits House
A pre-war terrace house restored in 1992 and recognised with a URA Heritage Award in 1995, with the largest kitchen in the portfolio.
